General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable at the time of placing your order, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund using your original method of payment.

Delivery Location
We currently deliver to addresses within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times will be provided after your order is confirmed. Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipping, not the date of order placement. These estimates are provided as a guide and are subject to the approval of your order. Please note that we do not process shipments on Sundays or public holidays.

Under normal circumstances, we strive to deliver your order within 4-7 business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national and regional holidays.

The actual delivery date may vary depending on:

  • The shipping carrier’s practices.
  • Your delivery location.
  • The chosen delivery method.
  • The nature of the items in your order.

For large orders, items may be shipped in separate packages, and you will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order’s weight, size, and delivery destination. To check the shipping charges for your order, add the desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. The applicable charges will be displayed before confirming your purchase.

Additional charges may apply for remote locations or oversized/heavy items, which will also be displayed at checkout.

Taxes and shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address.

Items Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives with any visible damage to the packaging, please contact us immediately at support@heymamma.in. Include your order details and images of the damaged package for prompt resolution.
