Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Before Shipping
You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Simply log into your Hey Mamma account, go to the “My Account” section, and select your order to request a cancellation. Once processed, the applicable refund for the cancelled product will be credited within 3-7 business days.
Please Note:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
- Individual items within an order cannot be cancelled; only entire orders may be cancelled if not yet shipped.
Order Cancellation in Transit
In case you cancel while your order is in transit, we will initiate a refund once the products have been returned and verified at our warehouse.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-7 business days after the request has been confirmed and processed.
- For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, we will initiate a bank transfer to the account details provided by you within 3-7 business days.
